So, um, I think what you're talking about is like, well, the microplastics kind of showing up in our food. So, um, you know, minimizing exposure of this, this is something that we've done as a family as well, is we've actually gotten rid of all of our plastic cutting boards, um, and convert it all to woods because you'd be amazed at how many microplastics end up in your food just from your cutting board, from cutting on them constantly all the time. Now that kind of, if you look at that, that can actually happen in all kinds of different ways. Um, knowing where your product is actually coming from, from to tofu, Tempe, um, you know, in those vegan dairy products as well. Those are things that you're going to have to do a little bit of research on the specific brands to find out exactly what works for you and what they're doing to be able to inhibit those microplastics at the same time. Um, that's probably the extent of my knowledge. So much of the microplastics beyond just trying not to buy things in plastic containers as much. Uh, I try to buy things in the produce department more often than I'm gonna buy things in the grocery aisle or in packages. Um, the best package is the one that nature's already made and uh, that's typically where I'm going to look for my products is in the produce aisle to do that instead. Um, like it's great to be able to bring your own bags to be able to bring to the grocery store as well too, looking for cloth bags, it can be washed, um, easily as well. So when you're putting your produce into things, having a cloth bag is a great way to be able to do that.
