How important are complete proteins? And can you discuss how to achieve that with plant based meals?

Answer:
Having a variety of, of substances at your meals. So that is your grains, your legumes and your nuts and making sure that there's, there's that, it doesn't have to be the same meal, it could be within the same day or within the same two days as long. Everything in the diet is about variety. So making sure you get a variety of color. I said this with the fruit, a variety of fruit, a variety of vegetables with protein, it's a variety of of protein as well. Making sure that you just have a variety and you're not just doing one one source of protein every day. Your body will use that and that will be, that will be enough.
