A nutritional downside? No, I'm not really sure what you're referring to, Linda. Um, you've been plant-based for many years and you're considering egg whites again. Um, that is a great protein source. So again, if you're not allergic to egg whites and it's within your, your paradigm, um, and that's what you wanna do, then I don't know your health history, but I can, unless you're allergic to eggs, I wouldn't see why not.
