When using dates as a sweetener, are delget noor or medjool prefered? (Or a different type?)

Answer:
Well I like medulla dates the best. I just like the flavor of them when, and I buy them in bulk. When I open up a date to pit it, I always look because occasionally the one will be black inside and that's moldy. So that's something I wanna remind you about. I had, there are so many kinds of dates, um, my son and his family live in Los Angeles and when we go to the farmer's market there, the date people have like dates like this and I have had some that are even too sweet for me. So I would say you can use either.
