Do you make your own blueberry syrup or buy a sugar free blueberry syrup?

Answer:

This is the first time. I mean this was like an experiment I had in my head that I wanted to try blueberry syrup ganache. I can't say why, but I will say that my neighbor, Kathy Gold, who's a chef, I asked her to taste it because after tasting a lot of things, sometimes I don't trust my palate. She went crazy for them. Um, so I made it. I cooked frozen organic blueberries with a small amount of sugar and then I strained and I kept the syrup and I used the blueberries in something else.
