How do you determine the baking time when you reduce a baked dessert recipe by 1/2 or 1/4?

Answer:
If what you wanna do when you're doing a test, you wanna maintain the depth that the original would be. So the baking time, you know, cut it back by about a third, but start checking. Sometimes I just make a couple of cupcakes. So that's what you have to do. You have to really pay attention. Don't leave the room and, and it, and then take notes. Take really detailed notes.
