I received a bag of 100% cacao nibs - what can I use them for?

Answer:
I use caca nibs as a walnut substitute for people who are allergic to nuts. You know, they have that, a little bit of a chocolate taste flavor, but they also are a little bit bitter. And I find that works great. Works great for, um, walnuts.
