How long can you store aquafaba in the fridge before it goes bad?

Answer:
I would say this, that, um, probably, um, putting them into, uh, some silicone ice cube trays might be a good thing. However, if you're just going to put it into a little plastic container, you're going to date it, uh, list aquafaba, and then the date and maximum three to five days, store it in the bag of your fridge. Remember, that's where you have the most constant temperature. Um, I've never had to have that problem before, because I'll always use it up in the minute.
