What seasoning(s) do you like to add to plain white or plain brown rice to have on hand?

Answer:
That completely depends on what meal I'm making. So like I referred to the sushi earlier. Um, when you're making sushi, you typically will make a sushi seasoned rice, and that's usually a vinegar and sugar and oil, um, with a little bit of salt in that as well too. Um, but if you're doing something like maybe a Italian, you might wanna do maybe like a peel off, Rouxbe has a great lemon, um, rice recipe where it is basically a couple herbs and some lemon that are mixed into that, so you can squeeze some lemon into, um, making it to maybe a little bit of oregano or something like that. Um, but if you're doing something that's, uh, you know, Indian, you might put cardamon seed or something into your rice to be able to give that nice, um, aromatic um, flavor to it, maybe even a little stares or something like that. Just like one maybe. But, um, you know, so it kind of really depends on what you're making to be able to season your rice to match what you're, um, cooking.
