I had a client that I worked for and every morning he would make his, uh, you know, his steel cut oats and a rice maker, like the same one that I make my sushi rice in. Like, that was his way to make, uh, his oatmeal every single morning. And he just, you know, poured all the ingredients in and pushed his button and it was done. Um, my family loves overnight oats and we just pour almond milk in over the oats with some fruit and stuff like that, and a little bit of cinnamon, and that works great for us. Um, cooking it, you know, just in a standard pot is actually the way my dad does it every morning. Um, and he'll cook it just in the, um, you know, in the pot and he usually does water. Sometimes he'll do a soy milk or an almond milk as well too. Um, but a pressure cooker would work just as well. It's really about the convenience and what works best for you.
