Question:

It is sometimes challenging for me to feel full after eating a plant based meal at suppertime. What are some things you can do to feel more satisfied?

Answer:
So what makes you feel full called satiation is fat and protein. So I wonder if you aren't getting enough fats and protein in your plant-based meal. I know some of some are trying to stay off of all types of fats. Um, and you do you, and if that's the case, maybe you can add some nuts that have fat in them, some avocado that can provide some, some fat, um, and sources of protein, legumes. So you need stuff that is very satiating that is going to make you feel full longer. And if it's in carbs, carbohydrates, grains, just that without the protein it will not fill you up.
