Question:

I need more iron so any helpful hints on how to hit daily requirements?

— Diane Serna

Answer:

So foods that are really high in iron are your, a lot of your legumes like white beans, kidney beans, chickpeas. So make sure you get in, um, a serving of legumes every day. And dark leafy greens like Swiss char or spinach ol also provide some iron. So if I were you, I'd go online, I'd say, okay, plant-based foods that are high in iron, figure out what they are and make sure that you have two or three servings of those every day.
