Do you think blended smoothies are good? I want to minimize sugar from fruits if possible.

Answer:

You can actually make smoothies without fruit. Um, you could have something that, uh, let's invent something right now, Diane. So you want leafy greens in there. So let's put some kale and collard greens and some yogurt, some plant-based milk, a little bit of cocoa, some avocado and some of the maybe a, if you got a very unripe banana that that would serve you well and just adding a tiny bit until it and you stop when it gets too sweet. But you can make whatever smoothie you want using other different ingredients in there.
