Where can I find WFPB recipes for my guy who loves his MEAT and taters?! Midwesterners here and we do not like many of the curries and sim seasonings.

So how, how I would approach someone like him is exposure. Um, not necessarily asking him to try things, but creating stuff that is really tasty in his periphery and seeing Sal tri bites here and there. I don't have recipes, um, for that class, but I, I'm sure if you contact, uh, Rouxbe, they'll let you know what that is. Um, and you, you can, you can tweak his diet a little bit if he's up for it or you're not gonna tweak it, he's gonna tweak it. Uh, using something like the motivational interviewing technique where you just kind of show people through taste, they might wanna make a change.
