What is the best way to cure stainless steel pans?

Answer:
So actually you don't need to cure stainless steel pans. We think of curing, uh, cast iron pans, and that's how the curing became possible. The most important thing when you have a stainless steel pan is how you cook with it, how you clean with it, and how they are men maintained in terms of not having any sludge or marks on them. So you do not have to cure stainless steel pans. Just cast iron. There we go.
