Well, again, it's a matter of priority and where you wanna get your spices from. A few months ago, uh, chef Fran Costigan had the founder of the founders, one of the founders of Burlap and Barrel, a wonderful spice company, a single origin. I don't suggest going to buy spices that come in plastic jars or from the Dollar Store because sometimes they might be cut with other things. So I buy my spices from burlap and barrel, and I also like the brand by Watkins, which is organic, which I can get at my grocery store. And it lasts a long time and it's fresh and delicious, and I like that. So Watkins or Burlap and Barrel, and do not be persuaded by going to a big box store where they sell jars this size of oregano, let's say, because I'm not sure you're gonna go through a quarter of oregano before its expiration date. So sometimes buying in bulk like that doesn't always, uh, save, uh, money. So just a thing. But do check out Bur Up and Barrel.
