What is the best cookware to use?

Answer:

I usually tell people to try to focus on stainless steel if you can stay away from aluminum. Um, aluminum, uh, can basically, you know, put different toxins into your food, so try to stay away from aluminum completely. Stainless steel is definitely the way to go. Um, if you need a non-stick surface, go with a non-stick skillet or something like that, but don't get like a non-stick like soup pot or something like that. Um, try to keep it stainless steel. As far as brands go, I, I'm not gonna tell you a specific brand because everybody has a different favorite and there are different prices on different favorites too. Um, cookware can be, uh, you know, relatively inexpensive to get into, but can also be very cost prohibitive. Um, so look for something within your price range and try to keep it stainless steel.
