Is it possible to do your course if I am gluten free?

Answer:
I've had many students who are gluten-free and we have many gluten-free recipes. There are. The idea in the course is to make the assigned recipes as written the first time so that you can see what happens. You know, it's very well thought out course. Um, so many of the gluten-free students have made the wheat, you know, the gluten containing recipes and just not tasted them. Just observed them. And that's really, really important.
