Question:

Can I freeze the manicotti and if so should that be frozen before or after it has been baked?

Answer:
I say yes to you, however, I, I'm all, I'm all about, um, having food in a timely manner and meeting a schedule and things like that. So it might be more helpful for you to break it into a couple of dishes and pre-bake them and then place them in the freezer that way. And when it's ready, when you're ready to cook them, have them thaw in the refrigerator, add a little bit of that extra delicious marinara sauce. But either way is fine. You just don't want them to stick together. So you might wanna have parchment paper between them and, uh, that's all you have to do.
