Is it better to add lemon juice to an Alfredo sauce as it cooks, or after?

Answer:
You know, I typically add it kind of right in the mi like right as I'm cooking it. Um, but you can also add a little like lemon zest at the end too. Maybe even as a garnish on the top, it'd be nice too, but if it's incorporating into your cooking, it's gonna be just fine in there. You're not gonna lose the flavor or anything. You're not cooking yet, has that out. So, um, you could do it at the beginning or the end, either way will work just fine. Um, but I do suggest putting a little lemon zest at the end just for a nice pop of flavor, um, when you dig into it.
