Question:
At the bottom of my bag of walnuts are a lot of crumbs, which I usually throw away. Should I be using them somehow, like in walnut creme? Are there other uses for them?

So what I like to do with it is, uh, just take it out and put it in a little jar or whatever. Keep it in the fridge. It makes a beautiful garnish for a salad. It makes a beautiful garnish for a savory dish. You can put it on top of a smoothie. Uh, it's the perfect texture and consistency, so use it, don't throw it out. And uh, yay for walnuts. Yay for Amelia threes.
