What vegan fat substitutes are there?

Answer:
So my first question is, did you use a flax egg? Uh, you could have added some extra aquafaba from a can of beans that would've given it a little moisture and changed the texture of it where it didn't taste so dry in terms of it, in terms of there being fat substitutes. I personally cook without any added oils. So I might not be the best person, but I would definitely like to know if you used a flax egg or if you added some aquafaba to it. So, uh, they sound delicious and I'm sure they were.
