Have you any additional tips or suggestions; where to buy the SCOPY, etc. for Kombucha?

Answer:
Well, I have tried to make a kombucha and I went to a kombucha maker who sold me a scoby with a jar, with a Muslim lid, et cetera, et cetera. Uh, you have to pay attention to this, but to get your scbi, just go to a local, I don't know where you live. If you live in Philadelphia, I would send you to Baba Bucha and she would sell you a, um, she also teach, I would also take a class in person. That's what I did. I found that to be most, most helpful. The entire process alone seemed to be for me personally, a little overwhelming. And I thought, oh, maybe a class would be helpful. And it made it so easy. So that's my tip.
