Well, I happen to love kale. I happen to love curly leaf kale. And the minute I walk through the door with it, I strip it, I chop it, cut it, whatever, and then I store it in a rolled up towel in a plastic bag in my refrigerator. And the only reason why I do this is because I've learned over the years that if I don't do that, that beautiful, beautiful bunch of freshly picked kale becomes a horrible, soggy mess. And then I've wasted two or $3 on some kale. So I love kale, I love Roma lettuce, I love, uh, spring mix. I like all kinds of greens. Um, sometimes I'll make a salad and use parsley because I enjoy the flavor of parsley very, very much. So it's all, uh, about what you like and what your preferences are. And uh, sometimes people have said to me, you're eating a parsley salad, but it's not just parsley. It's got lots of other great, delicious things in it. So you'll be adventurous, think outside the leaf, have fun with your food as they say.
