Is cooking in the InstaPot safe?

An Insta pot is basically like a pressure cooker, right? So, um, a lot of people have worries about pressure cookers. Uh, I am still a little bit afraid of the stove top pressure cooker, but I mean millions of people use 'em. Um, a lot of people do and basically that's what an Instapot is. I have to tell you though, that I really only use my Instapot for legumes and like lentils and beans and stuff like that. That's pretty much all I use it for. I have like a Japanese rice cooker I use for doing sushi rice, but I could probably do my sushi rice and Insta pot as well. So, um, yeah, but I use it all the time. It is safe. Definitely follow the directions on the package that it comes with 'cause they can be dangerous from the steam that comes off of them and make sure that the, there's usually a non-stick lining on the inside of the Insta Pop. Make sure there's no scratches on it, um, as well because you don't want some of the non-stick leaking off into your food. But otherwise great safe product and works. Wonderful.
