What’s one mistake to avoid when turning a baking hobby into a business?

Answer:
I recommend, uh, putting in the time and effort to create a business plan not to do so could be a big mistake, because a business plan will walk you through so many scenarios and questions to help you vet the product or concept that you have in mind. 'cause what you wanna do is uncover all of the shortcomings before you take it to market, because it gets expensive once you're out there. So this, it creates kind of a, a, a context for practicing, so to speak, kind of a dry run. And, um, that's the thing to do. Don't avoid, uh, producing a business plan. Thank you.
