The quick answer is coconut milk can freeze. And if you're freezing coconut milk on its own, um, uh, in, in my experience, uh, it can very often separate upon thawing. And so you wanna be prepared to reincorporate the water and fat components, you know, into that, uh, emulsification. And then you're ready to move forward with whatever it is, uh, that you're preparing. Okay. But the quick answer is yes, give it, give it a try, and a little bit of, of, uh, experimentation goes a long way, um, to answer these sort of questions in your particular situation with your particular application of this ingredient.
