How much of the Pro Cook class overlaps with the Le Cordon Bleu course? Can I apply any credits towards that course from Rouxbe?

Answer:

There certainly will be, um, some overlap between the overarching content areas between our Proco course and a cuisine course at La Cordon Blue Ottawa. Okay. Not so much a pastry course if that's what you're, you're considering, but, um, you will need to take a look at their syllabus, uh, and then compare it to what Rouxbe offers, uh, to get a better idea of how they overlap. Okay? And that's gonna give you the answer at a high level when it comes to the details. There's certainly gonna be a lot of differences. Um, um, you know, in the way a particular instructor can teach something, um, and certainly between institutions. And so I cannot speak to any of the details at all, but, uh, do take a look at, uh, the syllabi, um, from both courses and compare them at least at a high level to get an idea. Okay? And then can you apply any credits, uh, when it comes to the transfer of any credits from one institution to the other? It is always up to the discretion of the receiving institution. So this is a conversation that you would wanna have with La Cordal, blue Ottawa, uh, to see if, um, you know, they might consider credits from a different institution, a different course.
