Absolutely. The training is in the kitchen. What you need to do is just an establish a chef, a supervising chef that has the desire and dedication to train the employee through the one year of the two year program. This program can be for a small operation up to a very large operation. Yep. One of the benefits of Rouxbe in general is we help, uh, operations like hotels and restaurants develop a training program, uh, to support the growth of their employees.
