Is there a cost to employers, or is the training fully state-funded?

Answer:
Because we're a Department of Labor approved program, the programs are funded. There are some states that are gonna have more advantages in funding than others, depending on how the funds, uh, are funneled through the federal government to the local workforce boards. Yeah. And that's a whole kind of a can of worms is state funding, because each state will provide a certain base, but then there's tax incentives, all sorts of other funding that might be there for emerging, uh, uh, occupations. And in some states, uh, culinary is an emerging occupation. The great thing that's going on right now is the Trump administration is supporting apprenticeships, and the Trump administration's DOL has a goal of 1 million apprentices over the next year. So there's a lot of support from the government at this time.
