Can culinary schools or high school CTE programs get involved in this model?

Answer:
Absolutely. Uh, the Culinary Fundamentals Cook is a fantastic program, program to implement in, um, high school programs as a pre-apprenticeship. Then it's a stepping stone to a culinary certification and a sous chef certification. Right. So definitely our platform, we're with high schools, we're with CTE schools. We, we provide culinary training, some pre-apprenticeship training, uh, but getting into the state sponsored earn and learn apprenticeship models, you'll have to be, uh, within an employer and outside of high school or outside of CTE.
