I am interested in how you cook with Curry. There are many different types, do you have a preference?

Answer:

Well, uh, here's the truth. I'm not a big Curry fan and I rarely cook with it. I have a, a friend here in Philadelphia who makes, uh, a product called Moji Masala. And it is prepackaged curry ingredients to make whatever it is that you're going to make, whether it be a doll or uh, a mares dish or whatever. And if I do cook Indian, that is what I use. So I, um, I think if you go to their website, MOJI, next word masala, M-A-S-A-L-A, uh, you can probably get some good hints about what kinds of spices to use. Next month is cookbook month and we ask each of the instructors, uh, to list who their favorite cookbook author is or cookbook. And so I know several of them are big fans of Indian cuisine, so stay tuned for that.
