Which vegan whipping cream do you use, and why that choice/brand?

Answer:
I don't use vegan whipping cream very often at all. I use full fat Otley, which I find is rich. But to make a cream, I will use this, which is Country Crock Plant Cream. And it's also Vial Life is the parent company. And that works really well.
