Do you have a Whole Food, Plant-Based Mexican cookbook that you like for inspiration?

Answer:
You know, I don't think I do. I've got, um, a, a section of Mexican cookbooks downstairs, but I think they're all conventional cookbooks. Um, and I, I probably don't have a plant-based one, only because I haven't added to that collection in a very long time. I'm sure they're out there. I recommend that you do a search and read the reviews from other end users to see, you know, what might best suit your style of cooking or the, the needs or wants for your kitchen. Okay? That might be a great way to approach that. Uh, and then, of course, start at your local library, just as I mentioned a few minutes ago, uh, to, to source the book before purchasing it. And sometimes you don't even have to purchase it.
