Can you suggest any Plant Based pastry books?

You know, first take a look at, uh, Fran Costigans books. Uh, you know, Fran, uh, is the mastermind behind our, uh, our, um, our vegan, uh, dessert course, the Essential Vegans Dessert, uh, VEVD, essential Vegan Desserts course. And she's got a, a book or two, uh, a purse sleeves that, um, you know, I think would be a great reference for you. Uh, otherwise, um, I don't have a title off the top of my head.
