What’s your favorite way to use Lion’s Mane mushrooms?

Answer:
Well, there are so many ways. I love them when they are pan seared without oil. And I have a cooking brick, which I think I have shown people before. It's a brick that's covered in aluminum foil so that I can use it to sort of press things down. Uh, I like to make them into barbecued, like a barbecued, uh, shredded kind of a thing. I like all kinds of mushrooms. I live about 20 miles from Kenneth Square, Pennsylvania, the mushroom capital of the world. So it's really easy for me to hop out there and get some freshly picked mushrooms that are beautifully colored and easy to work with. So that's a great question. Come to Pennsylvania and go visit all of the mushroom farms 'cause it's really, really fun. And the history behind mushroom farming is quite fascinating as well.
