Do you have any advice on how to control cravings?

Answer:
You know, that's always a tough one. Uh, and it really kind of depends on what you're craving and what you're like, you know, or if you're craving like cookies and stuff like that. Um, you know, and it's, if it's a daily thing, I guess I'm not a hundred percent sure, but I, you know, what I've always done is, um, I've always tried to keep things that were healthy snacks around, um, you know, and so I'll do the same thing with my kids. I'll cut up some celery and carrots or something like that, so they're nice things to be able to snack on. I might do, uh, like a bowl of nuts, but I'll usually keep a small, uh, bowl of nuts instead of something that's really big, because usually if you have a, you know, a big bowl of nuts, you might tend to finish them quicker, but if you take like a small, you know, like, uh, small dish and just put a small amount of nuts in it, um, you're not going to, if you, even if you eat the whole dish, it's not that big of a deal. Um, so yeah, I think that's probably the best way I, I control cravings is um, I keep really healthy snacks around, um, and try to uh, you know, keep, keep on target with those. Um, I also try to not snack too much between meals. Um, you know, uh, I talked about a couple months ago on this, uh, platform where we're talking about a book called French Kids Eat Anything. Um, and one of the concepts in French, in, in France, sorry, is that um, they basically eat like three, sometimes four meals. They don't do any snacking between any of those. And it helps your digestion, but also helps you really enjoy the food that you're having at that moment for it too, right? So you're planning ahead to the meal, all the meals are basically at a table as well too, so, uh, you kind of come together as a family for eating as well. Um, so those are probably the best ways that I would try to say staying away from cravings or if you have to have a snack, do something that's really healthy, um, something that's got a nice crunch to it, um, but uh, you know, try to stick to those kind of core meals and make them an event to look forward to.
