Is the Rouxbe course an option for me if I am not using or eating any soy products?

Answer:
Yes, absolutely, absolutely. Um, you know, I happen to like soy and I eat quite a lot of tofu, Tempe edamame. I make, I make my own soy yogurt. I made a big batch yesterday and I love it, but I understand that it isn't for everyone. So for that reason, I use oat milk almost exclusively. Um, and I prefer oatley oat milk. And so that's just not a problem at all.
