Answer:
I think that you need to look at profiles of spicing and things like that. I think that might be truly helpful. Cook foods that you like, cook seasonally. And I think that that will be a really good tool for you to have and take a look at the plans giving guide because I think it also serves as maybe a refresher course for some people who haven't maybe been cooking for a while.
