Could you please tell me where I can find a vegan pecan pie recipe?

Answer

There are tons of vegan pecan pie recipes. They're delicious. I have one in my cookbook, vegan chocolate, and I like to roast my pecans low and slow. I think that gives the pecans a much better flavor. So that would be really 2 54, maybe 15 minutes. One thing for sure, I don't ever walk outta the kitchen when I've got nuts or seeds roasting because you know, if you're somewhere else in your home and you start smelling them, they may have burn. And a combination of sweeteners, maple syrup, sorghum, agave, what else? Molasses will make a nice pecan pie. So that isn't a problem at all. I, I like my pecan pie or some of the other vegan pecan pies better than a traditional one, which are so sweet. As I remember my teeth were like aching.
