What is a good sugar replacement for diabetics?

Answer:

Well, Lynn, um, I don't use any of the, what are called the non-sugar sugars, the Ns ss if you will, and that I just, I don't use them. I don't believe that they're healthful. They have been highly processed, they've been linked to other health issues, so I just don't use them. I think you know your body if you are a diabetic or you are cooking for someone else. But I would stick with a little bit of, you know, I'm not your doctor and I'm not you, A small amount of real sugar, a tiny little bit of maple syrup and lots of fruit.
