Um, Char, what's one of your favorite dishes that you made at a cooking demonstration? Two number one, two Mac and cheese that's made with braised parsnips, carrots, onions, nutritional yeast, vegetable broth makes the best mac and cheese. People love it. And number two is whole wheat pizza dough wrapped in, uh, hickory flavored carrots dogs. And so that you have healthy pigs in a blanket because familiarity is the best key. So yeah, That's fantastic. That's a great question. I would've, yeah, I would've to say, uh, one of mine was probably the Valentine's Day event that I, uh, talked about earlier. I used to do a Valentine's Day event every year, and I'd always do holiday themed ones. Um, but one year I decided to reinvent Julia Child's beef boon, but do it with seitan instead. Um, and so we made a, a seitan boon, um, as our main dish. Um, and we also, uh, I, I think we actually made a baguette in that same class and then did chocolate dip strawberries at the end. But the bal turned out fantastic and it was such a fun event to be able to do with everybody.
