How long should one safely keep confectioners icing in the fridge? I always make more than I need.

Answer

By confectioners icing Hilda, I am going to assume that you mean vegan butter and confectioner sugar or American buttercream. If I'm wrong, then let me know in the chat. But that holds for a really long time and I have frozen mine as well. And then let it defrost and re whip it.
