Question:

How would you make a strawberry whipped ganache or caramel?

Answer:

I would puree now making this up, I haven't done it. I would puree a lot of strawberries, probably frozen strawberries because they have oftentimes, except in the height of summer, if you're lucky enough to live someplace where the strawberries are absolutely delicious, they'll have more flavor. I would defrost 'em, I would puree them, I would sve them and I would use that as a liquid or primarily as the liquid to use use with the chocolate and see how that goes in terms of caramel. That's a big question. And so I can answer that here. Kathy, you'll have to do some recipe testing.
