What are a couple of your favourite dessert ideas that include tofu?

Answer:

Tofu chocolate mousse is very nice and quite easy. Chocolate is very assertive flavor, of course, so you don't have to work as hard to get rid of any beanie taste. I never in a tofu dessert want to hear, "I almost don't taste the tofu." You shouldn't taste it at all. I also like tofu creams that are with citrus. They're really delicious. So a nice tofu cream to use with, let's say, a strawberry shortcake, or this time of the year, I might poach some apples and put that inside of a biscuit and use tofu for that as well.
