Question:
A vegan baker near us makes delicious desserts. The chocolate, chocolate chip cookies however give my husband a bad reaction. Nausea shakiness. Any idea why?

That's awful. I'm sorry to hear it, because I know Arnie. Nobody should get a bad reaction from something that they ate. Laura, I would suggest you ask them for the ingredient list for these cookies and see what they're using. It could be if they're using an NSS, Arnie might be having a reaction to that, or maybe he has an allergy, a food allergy of some kind that you aren't aware of yet. So, that's what I would do. I would definitely ask for the ingredient list, and let me know how that goes.
