Have you heard that Violife is discontinuing its 1# block butter? They recommend switching to Country Crock. Have you used Country Crock sticks?

Answer:
Well, I didn't know that about Violife, but I did not see it recently in a store, now that I think about it, where I usually buy it. And I had a contact at the company, so I'm going to reach out to him. Country Crock is Violife, Violife is Country Crock. It's the same brand is what I was told by the manufacturer. And so yes, I use Country Crock sticks. Now, folks who are baking, you want to use, whether it's called stick butter or block butter, you don't want to use spread that has too much water in it. So there you have that.
