How long should Tofu be marinated for the best results?

Answer:
I would say at least. 20 minutes probably preferably an hour, but as much as overnight marinades do gradually soak their way in if you have salt in the marinade, that's really what's going to draw flavors and really combine them. And also desiccate that tofu a little bit and firm it up against that marinade. So I would say as little as 20 minutes preferably in our as much as overnight. There's no real benefit for doing it longer than that.
