Question:
Some recipes call for plant based yogurt. Is there something I can use as a substitute?

Answer:
The first thing that you want to do is find one that does not contain sugar and you know strawberries and whatever so Nancy's and ancy apostrophe s makes very good oat milk yogurt. And the plain variety is delicious and I use it in all kinds of things and what I have done is saved. The end of it to then use it as a starter to make more of my own yogurt my own plant based yogurt. So it's in the Dairy department, and if you look among all of the yogurts, it usually in the highest shelf because for some reason they don't want children to see it. I don't exactly know. I'm being humorous there but Nancy's is good soy delicious makes a very good plain yogurt. It also comes in a 16 ounce tub. So soy delicious and Nancy's would be my two. Yoplait makes one but it has I've never seen a plane one before I hope that helps it's very good on a baked potato
