How to cut herbs from a plant?

Answer:
With a good pair of kitchen shears. It's all not from the top but go to the stem and that's what I do and it works very very well. If you use it in the minute, if you're not going to use it in the minute cut it put it on a paper towel. Fold it roll it up stick in a plastic bag put in the refrigerator. It'll stay fresh for about five days.
